Defined Retention Periods
rh356 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by PAGCOR, the AMLC, or applicable Philippine law. Retention schedules are defined and enforced across all data categories.
Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to affected data subjects, rh356 commits to notifying the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and affected Filipino players within the timeframes mandated by the Data Privacy Act and its implementing regulations.
